An integrated healthcare centre
CASE Diagnostics & MultiCare is designed as a modern integrated healthcare centre — a hospital where diagnostics and treatment sit side by side rather than in separate buildings across a city.
We run a 24 × 7 emergency and casualty department, seven outpatient specialties, an advanced laboratory, an AI-assisted radiology unit, a ten-bed day care unit, a 24-hour retail pharmacy, a physiotherapy unit, and a two-chair dental clinic.
We operate under a less than 30-bedded hospital licence. That scale is deliberate: it is large enough to investigate and treat the great majority of what walks through the door, and small enough that patients are not lost in it. Cases needing intensive care or major surgery are stabilised here and referred onward to a tertiary centre, with their records.

A note from our founder
Most people do not put off seeing a doctor because they do not care about their health. They put it off because it is difficult — a consultation in one place, a scan somewhere else, a report to collect days later, and a second appointment simply to be told what it said.
We built CASE Diagnostics & MultiCare to remove that friction. Consultation, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, and day care treatment all sit on one campus, so most patients can arrive with a problem and leave the same day with an answer and a plan.
Technology matters here, but only where it helps. AI-assisted radiology shortens the wait for a report and gives our radiologists a second look — it does not replace their judgement, and it never will. What technology cannot do is treat people with patience and dignity. That remains the work of our doctors, nurses, and staff, and it is what I would ask you to judge us on.
