In an emergency

Do not use this website in an emergency. Online forms are not monitored continuously and a booking is not a request for urgent care. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness, a serious injury, or any other emergency, call our casualty helpline on +91-00000-00000, call 108 for a free ambulance, or come straight to our emergency department.

Appointment bookings

When you book through this site:

• A booking is a request for a slot. It is confirmed by our front desk, usually by phone or SMS, and we will contact you if the slot needs to change.
• You must give accurate patient details. Bookings made under false details, or bulk and automated bookings, may be cancelled without notice.
• Consulting hours can change at short notice for clinical reasons — an emergency, or a consultant called away. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer an alternative.
• If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule so the slot goes to another patient. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book online.
• Booking a slot does not guarantee a particular consultant will be available, though we will always tell you in advance if that changes.

Fees, prices, and health packages

Prices shown for health packages and consultations are indicative and may change without notice. They cover only the investigations and services listed. Additional tests, procedures, medicines, or consultations your doctor advises are charged separately, and we will tell you the cost before proceeding wherever practicable. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation.

Insurance and cashless treatment

Being empanelled with an insurer or TPA does not guarantee that your particular treatment is covered. Cover always depends on your policy terms, waiting periods, exclusions, and sanctioned limit, and on the insurer's approval. Our insurance desk will verify your position before treatment, but the final decision rests with your insurer, not with us.

Clinical outcomes

Medicine does not offer guarantees. Testimonials published on this site describe individual experiences and are not predictions of your own outcome. We commit to careful, evidence-based care and honest communication — not to a particular result.

Your responsibilities

Please use this website lawfully and honestly. Specifically, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data from it, submit anyone else's personal details without their consent, or use our forms to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
