Do I need a prescription to book a health package?+
No. Health packages are bookable directly. If a result needs follow-up, our physicians will review it with you and advise the next step.
Do I need to fast before a health check-up?+
Most comprehensive packages include fasting tests such as blood glucose and lipid profile, so plan on 8 to 10 hours without food — water is fine. The package card will say if fasting is required, and the desk will confirm when you book.
How long does a health check-up take?+
Sample collection takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Packages that include imaging or a consultation take longer — usually one to two hours in total.
When will I get my reports?+
Most routine panels are reported the same day. Reports are shared digitally and are also available at the laboratory desk.
Will a doctor explain my results?+
Packages that include a consultation come with a physician review. For test-only packages you can book a General Medicine consultation separately to go through the results.
Can I book a package for a family member?+
Yes — book in the patient's name so their records are correct. Corporate and family group check-ups can be arranged through our front desk.
