About the role
We are looking for staff nurses to join our casualty department. You will triage and stabilise patients arriving as emergencies, assist the duty doctor with procedures, and hand over safely across shifts. This role suits someone who is calm under pressure and thorough about documentation. Emergency experience is welcome but not essential — we will support the right candidate through orientation.
Key responsibilities
- Triage patients on arrival and escalate urgent cases immediately
- Monitor vitals and administer treatment as prescribed
- Assist with emergency procedures and minor interventions
- Maintain accurate nursing records and shift handovers
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
Location & working conditions
This role is based at our hospital — 87/1/1, 80 Feet Main Road, Thanisandra, Bangalore - 560077, Karnataka, India. Shift patterns depend on the department; clinical and nursing roles in emergency and day care include night and weekend rotations. These are discussed at interview.
